| Socom Question |

I'll be getting my PS3 late october, early november and I think the first title I'm going to get is Socom. Now I know this doesn't have a single player mode, but for online does it have splitscreen? By that I mean, can I play co-op online with a friend (in my house, etc) in a match? Also, does it have offline multiplayer aswell?

I'll be getting Resistance 2, and LittleBigPlanet more towards christmas time so I have alot more time to play it but I want a good game to start off with, so its good that Socom doesn't have a single player mode in my opinion I won't have time to engage in it anyways.

Also, hows the Socom beta, do you guys like it so far?

I dont think it has either. Basically all games dont have online splitscreen. And it doesnt have offline mp either. Its a great game though. I think its loads of fun.hillelslovak

Actually with all the good games coming out soon I wouldn't recommend SOCOM. It seems like it will be a great game but there are definitely many flaws.CONMAN999PS

What kinds of flaws do you speak of? As long as it is more closely related to socom 1 and 2 then I am fine...Are there a lot of bugs or something?airforceone452

I'm sure there will be copies left, I don't think its a huge profile game.

How much does Warhawk cost on the PSN, as apposed to the actual retail copy? Also how much GBs does it take up?

Its not even out yet. Of course the beta will have flaws, thats why its the beta and not the full product.....

Oh, and TC, Socom is awesome, even in the beta stage. There were lots of problems like slow menus, very laggy games, and very long load times, but they have been fixed for the most part. Im buying the game day 1. Its great. the graphics are pretty good, the weapons are awesome, and have a lot of customizable parts, and your characters can be customized a lot as well. hillelslovak

Socom comes with a headset aswell, correct?
